Policies

If you have questions regarding your order, please contact us at any time. Normal business hours are from 9-5, Monday through Friday, and 10-3 on Saturdays (excluding holidays). You may contact us via email at info@arabellagalleria.com. Your email will be answered within our business hours.


Tracking your order:

If you placed an individual order with an email address, you should receive a shipment confirmation that will include tracking information. If you do not, please try checking your spam folder.


Production time:

At AG we promise to have your regular, non-custom order shipped within 10 business days. If your order is expected to take longer, you will be contacted and made aware. Custom items will ship within 14 business days. This excludes new catalog launch months and holidays, including government holidays. Business days are considered Monday – Friday.


Shipping:

Shipping time is an expected 3 days, though not guaranteed. All orders have a tracking number and are shipped priority 3-day mail. Shipments will be sent to the address provided in the order. Should a shipping error occur as a result of the address provided, it is the responsibility of the customer to correct or provide additional costs. We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APOs, Puerto Rico, Guam, Australia, and most Canadian Provinces. Shipping costs will vary based on location.


Returns:

Due to the hygienic nature of jewelry, all sales are final. If your item has been damaged during shipping, we will be happy to offer an exchange for an identical item. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to initiate your exchange. Product must be in new, unworn condition. AG reserves the right to determine the condition of returned product. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and must be returned within 7 days for replacement. All other issues will be addressed and handled at the discretion of AG.


Questions about your order:

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to address any issues or concerns with your order. We will do our best to provide a resolution to any issue, provided we are notified in this time frame.


Warranty:

AG offers a limited 90 day warranty on all of our items. For defective items, you will need to provide a clear picture of the full item and the date you placed the order. This information must be submitted within 90 days of purchase. Please submit this information to info@arabellagalleria.com. Since AG provides so many custom and exclusive pieces, please be aware that an exact replacement may not always be available.


Please note that accidental or intentional breakage and lost items are not covered under this warranty.


Materials:

Most of our jewelry is made up of brass. Our jewelry is lead-free and all earring hooks and studs are nickel-free. We also offer plastic as an option for studs for those with extreme metal allergies. The non-metal parts of our products are made up of rayon, faux leather, cork, resin, acrylic, wood and leather. If you have a concern about a certain product or the materials used, please contact Customer Support at info@arabellagalleria.com.


Production:

All items are handmade or hand-selected by Arabella Galleria staff.

The Flock Box


What comes in The Flock Box?

The Flock Box includes two exclusive pairs of earrings, one exclusive pair of posts, and a free gift! 


How many different options are there?

There are three options for The Flock Box. The first option is the Blushing Box which includes two pairs of any combination of small and/or medium size earrings and one pair of studs (any size). The second option is the Bold Box with includes two pairs of any combination of large and/or xlarge size earrings and one pair of studs (any size). The third option is The Best of Both Worlds Box and it includes two pairs of any combination of any size earrings and one pair of studs (any size).


What does The Flock Box cost?

The Flock Box is $30 for a month subscription. ($35 USD for Canadian shipments). Longer subscriptions paid in advance will receive a small discount. Three months paid upfront cost $88.50 total. Six months paid upfront cost $174. Twelve months paid upfront cost $330 (essentially this is like getting one month free!).

Canadian: three months paid upfront will be $103.50 USD, six months will be $204 USD and twelve will be $385 USD.


How much is shipping?

There is no shipping charge with The Flock Box!


When do I need to subscribe by?

Subscription time is until the end of the day on the 5th of each month. You have until midnight EST on the 5th of the month to subscribe for that month. All subscriptions on the 6th or later will be for the next month's box. No holds will be placed and delayed payment will not be accepted. All months paid in advance and not cancelled will autoship.


When will my box ship? 

Shipment will occur on the 15th of each month! If there is a delay due to the postal service, Arabella Galleria isn’t responsible for the delay.


Will I be able to see what’s in the box before I order?

No, the contents of the box are a surprise and will not be revealed!! However, please search for our Facebook group to see sneak peeks!


Will the boxes have a theme?

Yes! Each box will have a theme! Please search for our Facebook group to see sneak peeks!


Can I order past boxes?

At this time, there will be no option to order a past box.


Will I be able to add items to my box?

At this time, additional items cannot be added to The Flock Box. If you order other items in the same order as your Flock Box, they will ship separately.


What is the return/refund policy?

Returns and refunds on boxes are unavailable for purchased months. All sales are final. Please be sure to cancel your subscription before you are charged, there will be no refunds on current subscriptions.


What if an item is received in damaged condition?

Per our regular policies, if an item is received in damaged condition Arabella Galleria will provide the best service possible to correct the situation. Since these items are exclusives, there may not always be exact replacements available but all efforts will be made to repair the item or replace it, if possible. Please contact us with any issues or questions.


Can I gift a box?

Yes! For gifting The Flock Box, you will need to provide the recipient’s name, address and email instead of your own. You may only gift a current month or a collection of months paid up front. 


Can I apply discounts or Arabella Cash to my box?

No discounts, coupons, host rewards or Arabella Cash may be used towards The Flock Box.


Does this product count towards party totals?

Yes! Hostess will get credit for your subscription if ordered during the party! You must make your Style Innovator aware that you would like to apply your subscription to a party in order for the hostess to get credit.
